About the Project

This townhouse project, carried out by Babosan in Ottawa, is a comprehensive exterior facade application that brings together aesthetics and durability for modern living spaces. With a total application area of 20,000 sqft, the project reflects our high quality standards.

Within the scope of the project, two main materials were preferred, aiming for both visual integrity and long-lasting use: Fiber Cement, which stands out with its fire resistance and low maintenance needs, and lightweight Aluminum Plank (metal cladding), which complements modern architecture.

Thanks to this strategic combination, a contemporary appearance is achieved in the buildings while providing top-level protection against Canada's harsh climate conditions. All installation processes were carried out in accordance with occupational safety standards and delivered on time.
